Our Referral Process
1. Submit a Referral
A case manager or agency contacts us with basic information.
2. Applicant Screening
We review income, housing needs, and our eligibility criteria.
3. Tour & Approval
Qualified applicants may tour the home before approval.
4. Move-In
Once approved, we coordinate move-in and remain available for ongoing communication as appropriate.
